By accessing and using CRAFT SMS ("the Service"), agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions is assumed. The Service is provided by CRAFT SMS Inc. for educational institutions, administrators, teachers, parents, and students. If any part of these terms is not agreed with, the Service may not be used.

2. School and Tenant Responsibilities

As a subscribed educational institution ("Tenant"), the Tenant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account access credentials and for all activities that occur under the institutional account. The Tenant must ensure that:

• All user data entered into the system complies with local educational data protection laws.
• Necessary consents are obtained from parents/guardians before processing student information.
• CRAFT SMS is promptly notified of any unauthorized use of the tenant instance.

3. Data Privacy and Security

CRAFT SMS prioritizes the security of educational records. Industry-standard encryption and offline-first synchronization protocols are employed to ensure data remains secure even in low-connectivity environments. 4. Service Availability

While striving for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CRAFT SMS's offline-first architecture is designed to mitigate connectivity issues, allowing core functions like attendance and grade entry to continue locally. However, there is no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
