Getting Started Fast
Logging in for the first time shows the dashboard. Think of it as a home base. For teachers, it shows classes. For principals, it shows the whole school.
Add details: Click the small picture at the bottom left to change name, email, or password.- Working offline: If the internet drops, keep using the app! It saves work and updates school records automatically once the connection comes back.
For Teachers
Most time is spent in the Academic menu on the left. This is where attendance is marked, test marks are added, and parents are messaged.
Taking Attendance
Go to Attendance, pick a class, and select today's date. Then, just check off students who are absent or late. Everything saves by itself!
Adding Grades
Type students' quiz and exam marks right into the gradebook. All the math is handled and averages are calculated automatically.
For Principals & Admins
Special tools are available to see how the school is doing, collect school fees, and make sure classrooms are running smoothly.
School Settings
Set up the school year terms, add subjects, and give teachers access to classes.
Fees & Money
Keep track of who paid school fees, print out receipts, and quickly see how much the school has collected.
